BP60 Series
Customizable Output Current Protection
The output current protection limit can be customized according to the load’s operating current. When the load current exceeds the preset limit, the power supply quickly shuts off the output to effectively protect the load.
Automatic Cable Voltage Drop Compensation
The power supply automatically compensates for voltage drops in the output cables. By setting the cable impedance, the system automatically adjusts the output voltage to keep the load-side voltage closer to the set value.
Quick Settings
Dedicated quick-setting buttons for 110V, 220V, 50Hz, and 60Hz allow users to quickly configure four preset voltage/frequency combinations. Three additional user-defined presets are available, enabling customized voltage and frequency settings for one-touch operation.
Key Lock
The buttons and knob can be manually locked, or automatically locked after 5 minutes of inactivity, helping prevent unintended operation.
Communication Functions (Optional)
Optional RS232 and RS485 communication interfaces support remote operation, unattended testing, and integration into automated test systems. Through the communication interface, users can start or stop the power supply, configure operating parameters, and monitor real-time operating status, parameter values, and alarm information.
BP63 Series
Up to 3× Overload Capacity
The power supply supports up to 3× overload capacity, significantly reducing the required power capacity for motor loads and helping lower system costs.
Multiple Operating Modes
Standard Mode: Adjustable output voltage and frequency.
Soft-Start Mode: Adjustable start-up voltage, frequency, and time allow the output voltage and frequency to ramp up gradually, effectively reducing inrush current during motor start-up.
Step Programming Mode: Supports up to 50 programmable steps, with adjustable output voltage, frequency, and operating time for each step. Up to 60,000 cycles can be configured, with support for in-page looping, enabling flexible programmable variable-frequency operation.
Automatic Cable Voltage Drop Compensation
The power supply automatically compensates for voltage drops in the output cables. By setting the cable impedance, the output voltage is automatically adjusted to keep the load-side voltage closer to the set value.
Automatic Fan Speed Control
Power supplies rated at 30 kW and above feature two- or three-stage temperature-controlled fan speed regulation. The cooling fans automatically adjust their speed according to the load condition, providing lower noise during no-load and light-load operation while ensuring sufficient cooling under heavy loads.
7-Inch True-Color Touchscreen
The 7-inch high-resolution touchscreen provides an intuitive interface and displays key parameters simultaneously, including set voltage and frequency, actual output voltage and frequency, output current, active power, reactive power, and power factor. Detailed alarm information is also displayed for easier operation, monitoring, and maintenance.
Remote Communication
A standard RS232 interface is provided, with optional RS485 and LAN interfaces. The power supply can be connected to a PC for remote operation, unattended testing, and integration into automated test systems. Users can start or stop the power supply, configure operating parameters, and monitor real-time operating status, parameter values, and alarm information.
