Constant Voltage with Current Limiting / Overload Output Modes
The power supply provides two output modes that can be selected according to different testing requirements:
① Constant Voltage with Current Limiting Mode
The output voltage and current can be continuously adjusted from zero to the rated value. The power supply automatically switches between constant voltage (CV) and constant current (CC) operation according to the connected load conditions.
② Constant Voltage with Overload Output Mode
In addition to constant voltage operation, the power supply supports controlled overcurrent output:
- 0%–100% of maximum current: Continuous operation
- 100%–150% of maximum current: Up to 60 seconds
- Above 150% of maximum current: Protection is triggered and output stops immediately
When the overload duration exceeds the specified limit, the power supply automatically activates protection and stops output.
Touchscreen Display and Control
The power supply features a large touchscreen interface for intuitive operation, including parameter setting, real-time operating status display, alarm information, and automatic screen locking.
Operating parameters can be configured through the parameter setting interface, while the display interface provides real-time information on operating status and output values. Alarm information is stored for convenient review.
The touchscreen also supports screen lock and unlock functions. When no operation is detected for a specified period, the screen automatically locks to prevent accidental changes to the output settings. Operation can be resumed after unlocking.
Adjustable OVP and OCP Protection
OVP and OCP protection thresholds can be configured directly through the operating interface. When the output voltage or current exceeds the preset protection value, the power supply immediately stops output to help protect the connected load from abnormal conditions.
- OVP: Over Voltage Protection
- OCP: Over Current Protection
Automatic Line Voltage Drop Compensation
The power supply is equipped with dedicated COMSENSE terminals for automatic line voltage drop compensation. By connecting the sensing terminals to the load end, the power supply detects the actual load-side voltage and automatically compensates for voltage drops caused by the power cables.
The sensing function can also detect reverse connection at the load end, providing reverse-polarity protection.
Short-Circuit Protection
The power supply supports protection against both short circuits during operation and short circuits occurring at startup. When a short circuit is detected, the power supply immediately stops output and activates an audible alarm, while displaying the corresponding alarm information on the screen.
Automatic Output Discharge
The power supply features a built-in discharge circuit that rapidly releases the energy stored in the output capacitors after output is stopped. This helps prevent accidental contact with the output terminals and improves operational safety.
Emergency Stop
An emergency stop button is provided to immediately shut down the power supply output in emergency situations, providing an additional layer of operational safety.
RS485 Communication Interface
The power supply is equipped with an RS485 communication interface for remote control via a PC. Users can remotely configure operating parameters and protection thresholds, as well as monitor real-time operating status, output parameters, and alarm information.
External Analog Interface
The external analog interface supports external control and monitoring functions, including:
- Power supply start/stop control
- Emergency stop control
- Fault detection
- Power supply operating status monitoring
