The WB3000 series is developed for the research, development, and testing of electric vehicle drive motors, electric vehicle powertrain systems, DC charging piles, energy storage converters, and many other fields.

It adopts the new third- generation wide bandgap semiconductor device SiC design. It is a high quality bidirectional DC power supply that integrates high precision, high dynamic response, and high efficiency.

Product Functions
  • High Power Density Module Design
The power module adopts modular design, drawertype installation, and convenient disassembly and assembly, which significantly shortens the on- site fault handling time and improves the equipment operation efficiency; the power density of the whole machine reaches 176kW/m3 (300kW/1.7m3), which is more than twice that of the power frequency solution.

  • Ultra-fast Voltage Response Speed
Fast voltage dynamic response can ensure the stability of load input voltage, improve test accuracy, and avoid load oscillation caused by voltage fluctuations; fast switching time can effectively protect customer loads from feedback power impact. During the motor test, the sudden reverse feedback energy of the motor can be quickly fed back to the electrical grid through the power supply to avoid motor damage.

The voltage is instantly loaded from 0 to 90% Pe, and the voltage recovery time is less than 2 ms (using a silicon carbide design combined with a staggered BUCK topology design, and the control loop adjustment frequency is doubled to achieve high dynamic characteristics).

  • CV/CC/CP Working Mode

It has multiple working modes and can set the voltage, current and power values according to the actual load conditions. It automatically switches working modes during power supply operation, reliably protecting the stable operation of the system and preventing load damage caused by abnormal operation.

  • Ultra-fast voltage slew rate 200V/ms
To meet the load dump test requirements of LV123 and VW80300, the online voltage regulation rate supports ultra- fast regulation of 200V/ms.

  • Battery simulation function

The WB3000 series high- frequency bidirectional DC test power supply has a DC programming function to meet customers' programming needs for voltage and time. The battery simulation function has five common battery types built in. Users can select the battery type (lithium iron phosphate, ternary lithium, lithium manganese oxide, lithium cobalt oxide, lead- acid battery, etc.), set the battery series connection, parallel connection, and initial SOC; it supports customers to customize five battery types and can store customized IV curve data, which can be directly called for operation output when needed.

  • Parallel Function
100kW~600kW arbitrary power output, supports flexible and convenient parallel connection of multiple units.

  • Diversified communication interface design
The WB3000 series power supply provides a variety of communication interfaces.
RS485 interface is standard;
Ethernet and CAN communication interfaces are optional.
